I was dreaming I was taking some time to exercise at my school's on-campus gym. I was running on the treadmill {which I always do whenever I visit the campus gym}and a voice called for me through the audio system telling me to go to the front desk where gym employees wanted to talk to me. I asked them as to why they wanted to talk to me and they said that if I didn't stop visiting the campus gym, the gym would be given the right to keep me out of the campus gym. I told gym employees that I have every right to visit the campus gym just like everyone else and the dream ended right there.

In reality, I do plan on visiting the campus gym more often when classes begin in late September.

I dreamt I was driving my mom and dad around in their old 1961 rambler American station wagon only it had been totally renovated and upgraded, in place of the metallic brown paint it was deep royal blue, with matching chrome and blue hubcaps, blue leather and satin upholstery, polished dark walnut paneling, much sound insulation and a big engine, it was like driving a rolls Royce. in the dream my dad was exclaiming about what a wonderful car it was. my mom was her usual stoic silent self. then afterwards in a sort of twilight consciousness I wondered what became of that old car, and a mental picture came to me that it wound up in a junkyard in 1978 and in 1980 it was reincarnated as a chevy pickup truck, clay red, that still is in use in Africa somewhere today.

1960's? That's way before my time.

I had a dream where I had to save my parents.

it was a dream so they'll be back for you to save them again and next time you'll do better.

I have had dreams before where they paused and then resumed the next day.

...Or a recurring dream, but the next time I changed what happened.

I dreamt I was in somebody's [don't know who] kitchen and 4 hogs were shoving me hard into a corner [the old sows thought I was a danger to their little ones] until the owner opened the basement door and they all ran in there, then I quickly reached over and closed the door after they passed. then I went out into the garage where I heard a mewing so I opened the outer door and a sleek black cat came in and rubbed against my legs, wanting me to feed it. then I awoke.

Mine have never paused and then resumed the next night, weird.

I tend to dream in a lot of detail and can actually feel the things I touch in my dreams.

Also I tend to have some really weird recurring dreams...

I have this dream where I'm walking through the woods in the backyard of my old house barefooted and the ground is covered with venomous-looking snakes everywhere I step.

I have this dream where I'm back in the classroom or cafeteria of my old special ed school at exactly the same age I am now (26) and for some reason my favorite teachers from this school get mad at me (and when I say my favorite ones I really mean that I loved my old teachers because they were all very nice to me at this school)

I have this dream where me and my mom move back into our old house from when I was a little kid (the one that burned to the ground many years after we moved out) and that it looks really run-down and dirty but we try to fix it back up.

I also tend to have a lot of dreams about zombies where all of a sudden there's a zombie outbreak in my town and I try to hide in some kind of building like a store or house and pick up a weapon to defend myself (I often seem to break a wooden mop as a sharp blunt weapon in these dreams for some reason...)

I also have weird dreams about floating around off the ground in a normal situation and thinking that it is really happening to me.

that sounds like a lucid dream to me

It's been a while since I posted anything here so I have had several pretty strange dreams to talk about. In one that I just had today I had cheat codes for The Sims 2 and 3 where you can turn your humanoid Sims into anthropomorphic animals. One of them looked like pink bulldog. Also there were giant elephants or dinosaurs and one of them came stomping a lawn a lawn and stepped on a really fat balding human male Sim, who then died. His death wasn't graphic but he flashed red colors and and he writhed around on the ground a bit before finally turning into a gravestone while his family members mourned his loss.

And in another dream I had a few nights ago I was eating sushi. Only I had no idea it was sushi until someone told me. I thought is had a weird raw fishy taste to it but surprisingly I was not disgusted or sickened afterwards. Although I didn't eat any more, and admitted that I don't really even like cooked fish, and then I asked why they didn't have any wasabi even though I would never touch that stuff IRL.
