... And so I shall start wishing for it to come.
This 'wish'... Isn't for my own benefit.
I'd only wish for simpler things whenever it's beyond me. Small ones, with a good fighting chance, yet not exactly an immediate thing from my point of view. So no, I don't wish for stuff, like, 'pls don't RNG screw', whenever I'm in the virtual realm or 'pls don't let this person know I'm in this room and bug me about his problems' -- the latter is obviously in need of immediate action and skill to solve it.
And I avoid making wishes contradictory to many else's 'ways'; at the same time some selfish stuff are there as it drives me to send a make-believe message to begin with.
To screw with reality's time and progress in people's heads. Such dreams or thoughts, that I'm sure am not the only one had ever think of these things.
Heehee...
Whenever people wish for things, they expect the likes of fairies or genies in the story books. It doesn't work like that of course.
Many wished that there will be world peace and harmony, yes? Possibly the majority too, and yet...
Underneath those hopes, are the selfish if not close minded kinds of thoughts in it.
"I wish everyone can get along!" Or was it; "I wish people held the same beliefs and views as I do and have everyone agreed to it!" Quite why operating on certain levels of firmness is effective, yes? For many to follow one thing, be it oppressive and made of privilege.
Be it legally written, unspoken knowns or explicit common grounds it's the same stuff that many clung onto in order to 'unify'. It mattered a little what leans to what, or how ethical it seem from a cultural perspective -- it is a construct remain forever imperfect.
Everyone wished; "I wish for world peace!" Lol, no. More like "I wish this norm stays forever and let the structures I've known for my whole life that kept me safe remains stable." Underneath the 'universal' wish, lies something unlike universal.
Everyone wished; "I wish everyone has the compassion!" Nah. There's the "I wish I'm allowed to impose this or that, therefore I think everyone and I will benefit if only they all just played along." Not everyone 'plays along'. Everyone has different rules that they want to impose, including those that are not deem as 'compassionate'.
And please do not get me started with action! This is obvious, it's too common as it is visible to many passed of for a norm sometimes.
Might as well wish that everyone is rich, famous, attractive, kind, etc. Except there's something wrong with that.
One is that on people; you can wish for one's well being, but not for their, erm, 'attributes'. Two... While I'm no economics expert, if everyone is rich, no one needs a job, no one needs to mind resources. I'm sure without management and limitation of resources, economics is practically dead. Three, famous? Wait, how does one expect to keep track of these people? Four, attractive..? What attractive? Attractive to who? And it's physically impossible. Lastly, kind? On what grounds? Well, see 'I wish for world peace' then.
But yes, wishes. What did I wished? Well, my wish is a bit specific and I won't say anymore than that.
... How does one wish? I dunno...
Imagine in a table waiting, then you dinged the bell. Maybe wrote down the orders or so -- and while the menu can be huge, you don't order stuff they can't make right? Then wait for it. And I'm hell sure, as you wait for your order, you don't ding the bell and give the orders for the second time. Or get up from your chair and barge into the kitchen demanding your order -- or leave.
Many would do that when it comes to make-believe messages.
Why do I bother writing this stuff? I'm just bored. I don't even practice 'things'. Like accounting, it's the need for words and terms that turns me off. Unless that practice is called handcrafting and not something theorized..
