If I ate the right amount of food, for my body type, I wouldn't be drinking those bloody energy drinks. I think I need 1900 calories a day, to lose 1lb a week. I've only been eating 1400 calories, for the past three weeks, because I didn't have any money coming in. However, at the same time, the money that I've spent on energy drinks, could have gone towards groceries. I'll have to ask myself, whether I'd rather drink an energy drink, or have a steak, or a big portion of spaghetti, for what I'm spend on those drinks, in a week. About $12 dollars.
