I'm wrought with a tremendous amount of anxiety right now. I was only given 40 Paxil by my pharmacist for the next 30 days. I'm supposed to take 40 a day. That's 2 tablets a day. Church wasn't a picnic, either. I've already told all of you why.

The dinner menu for this evening:

Marinated/brined boneless fried chicken. Marinated in onion, garlic, dill, lemon, tamari, sea salt and brown sugar. Then soaked in buttermilk, dredged in herbed flour, dipped in beaten egg and re-dredged in the flour.

BBQ ribs. I purchased these from the corner meat market and they make them there. They are very good. I'll be baking them in sealed parchment for about an hour.

Baked beans.

Corn on the cob.

Cole slaw. The best recipe ever.

My wife will be making warm potato salad in an herbed vinaigrette from potatoes I dug yesterday.

Home baked slices of bread for those who want them

There will be six of us. I could squeeze a few more in!

Yall I just got my roommate assignment for next year. This is my first year sharing an itty bitty dorm with another living person and having to a share a bathroom with three people. Wish me luck :skull:

I had a good walk. Cause I wanna try bookmaking.

So I had these old notebook papers with me to a computer shop or sorts.

... And spent over 3 hours cutting papers. :lol: While listening to music and random chitchats.

Now I have over 140 sheets of paper to practice making A7 sizes with. Which makes over 280 pages if I did the whole thing in one go.

It was a good walk. :mrgreen:
