Ugh, cicadas.

Actually, I have nothing against the insects themselves, but the noise they make is very hard on my ears. I have to wait until after sundown during cicada season to take my dog for his evening walk if I don't want to be deafened, and the basement is the only place in the house where I can escape the noise.

When I write things down, it doesnt help me remember things by what I have written. But actually by simply the thought of remembering I wrote something down, and I remember what it was without reading it.
