I frequently drive on rural roads and highways. For years the wild native orchid with tall spikes of orange flowers has bloomed enthusiastically in the verges. For the past two years there have been none. I don't know if it is because they got mowed at the wrong time or if they are fading from existence.

Despite sleeping over 5 hours later than my usual time, I only slept for less than 4 hours...
Went to bed at 4:40AM, woke up at 8:20AM.

Nothing feels weird... At least to me there isn't.
And there's no work, no reason to wake up earlier today except tomorrow.

... I'll just go to bed earlier tonight.

You're right. I've always found it illogical anyway. You literally can't interact with each other during the movies. So what's the point?

the point is liberating oneself from stooopid rules for NTs. "do what thou wilt."

I'm always scared that i'll get harrassed if people notice any minimal difference about me. Even though i wasn't seriously bullied at all when i was at school.

that is an opportunity to reinvent yourself as somebody who is tough and says to inconsiderate people, "talk to the hand." and if they harass you further, you can give them a piece of your mind.

^ I'd like to act this way too but i'm just not an aggressive person and i'm physically weak too. So i think its best to keep a low profile. Because i always think, even if someone attacks me, what if when i call the Police, they don't protect me? Or even worse, they harrass me too? I've heard these scenarios are common. Maybe i'm a bit paranoiac but i'm seriously scared of people sometimes.

if you took a self-defense class and practiced at it regularly, that would do wonders for your self-confidence in public situations, because you know that you could give as good as you get. but one should also remember, to never lose ALL your fear, as a little fear keeps you safe. but too much of it can also paralyze you and keep you from living life. if people do verbally harass you, as long as they don't touch you, just treat their noise as akin to the barking from a nasty stinky mutt. that is all they are, upright furless 2-legged dogs with no manners. but walk upright with a purpose, NEVER slouch as that sends a signal to these slavering dogs, that you are their victim.

Thank you for the advice :) I don't want to hog this thread any longer but i'll just say this too: it's important to have self confid3nce but still taking time to be a strong person doesn't address the main issue: the mentality that the strong should Crush the weak. The education system, legal system and communities in general should protect the weak, not to force them to become strong. And to do this people (minorities) should form organizations and communities to have a status in society and defend themselves.
