Three baby box turtles hatched in the garden today! Not sure what we're going to do with them yet. We feel like they're sitting ducks in the garden, but theres such a small chance of survival if we release them into the woods. Theyre barely bigger than a quarter, and we'd really enjoy watching them grow up. I want to bring them indoors and help them grow over the winter. We've lost babies to the cold before.

Swimming is such a great exercise, I just wish the water in the pool wasn't so cold that I'm chilled by the time I'm halfway done.
