Since the flu jab I got for £3 cheaper (so pfft to that other man) I've had an achey arm, mild headaches and a slightly sore throat. Hmm, didn't get any symptoms last year.

i fine barrettes here and there in my travels, i pick them up and take them home and wash them and use them.

Cripes ..... day is over .. well not a bright and cheery one today. Somebody forgot to have the sun come out or have the pain to let up ,But somedays , it just nice to have made it through another .
