I just watched 'The Matrix', again, and I had this sudden insight!
When Neo is getting hit by Mr Smith,
into the ribs like a machine gun boxer,
and Trinity on the Nebuchadnezzar is saying "He can't take much more of this!"
That's exactly how I twitch! 8O

Of course, there's no Mr Smith in my daily life
I just take it for granted that everyone knows that I swing my hips and my torso convulsively shudders like I'm getting body blows
into my kidneys like Mr Smith is going for it,

But, like I said, That's how I twitch!

Every time I look at an old picture of Mick Avory, with The Kinks, I think, "I do the exact thing, with my hands/arms/head/eyes." I always see myself, in him.

I'm cleaning my outside furniture and other stuff.... sort of a Springtime cleaning ritual, it seems.... (when did I turn this ordinarily and/or trivial?)

(well?)

That's dangers stuff, chest pains. But I'm stubborn like that as well. Maybe we don't want to look like big babies.

I have had an idea. On the getting to know each other forum I want to give an entirely different welcome message with a unique smiley each time.
Sometimes it will make sense, and sometimes it will be pretty silly.

That's a wonderful idea Monkey. I keep the smileys I have collected in a file. I need to organise them in separate files for easier access.

i like that in the "random discussion" we are actually saying random things; but it would amuse me more if we were discussing the state of being random. (or the word "random")

I'm somewhat seriously considering wearing one of those lower face masks for a short while tomorrow. I promised my mother I'd bake her a special cake for her 50th birthday, but I'm also pretty sure that I'm in the early stages of bronchitis (thanks, Dad!). A mask seems like the best solution; I can bake the cake and not spread the illness any further.

I'm tired because I did not sleep well last night, perhaps because of the 2 naps I took yesterday. Also, I was cold but too lazy to get up and add a blanket.
