I'm feeling frantic because of the jealousy and i have no idea how to manage it.

is it helpful to think that you never know what is ahead of or behind someone (in terms of things to be jealous of)?

They might have something major that is about to hurt them badly, coming up in future, or something in past that they overcame?

That life is 'hardship with ease' etc, for everyone?

Or looking at 'those with less than you'?

I'm often feel jealous and it's very bad. I just tell myself, i probably have so much that another person will be jealous of (intellectually, material things, family-wise, etc) and it all evens out by the time we die?
i don't know if those thoughts help (i know u probably thought all this but maybe someone else saying something will help?)
