what's so wrong with mayo on fried taters?

It's almost as awful as putting pineapple on pizza.

I don't normally approve of waterboarding, but it seems a fair punishment for defiling pizza in such a manner. Wait, forget water, use pineapple juice.

is it helpful to think that you never know what is ahead of or behind someone (in terms of things to be jealous of)?

They might have something major that is about to hurt them badly, coming up in future, or something in past that they overcame?

That life is 'hardship with ease' etc, for everyone?

Or looking at 'those with less than you'?

I'm often feel jealous and it's very bad. I just tell myself, i probably have so much that another person will be jealous of (intellectually, material things, family-wise, etc) and it all evens out by the time we die?
i don't know if those thoughts help (i know u probably thought all this but maybe someone else saying something will help?)

Thank you, i do know logically that i have lots of things i need to be grateful. I just have trouble processing this emotion.I feel bad about myself.

Agrees with this statement , on processing specific things .

Merry Xmas to all parties involved . :) :santa:

That means, in most cases, that you would have to exercise more

You should have a doctor look into that, Grace.

I had a heartrate in the 90s when I was in my 20's. The doctors were worried enough to run a whole barrage of heart tests on me.

My resting heart rate is always in the 90’s. Nothing’s wrong. It’s just constant low grade anxiety.

It’s still worth looking into, though.

Understood but must agree with kraftie .
Am mostly high grade anxiety and do exercise alittle and is much lower than that.

I agree. No reason to be alarmed, Grace. Especially if your blood pressure is normal.

But "having it looked at" would be my advice.

Its not like Ive ever really checked it before so I have nothing to go off, but I do work out/exercise pretty much every day so I feel like my resting heart rate should theoretically be a lot lower??
I thought it was broken because earlier it hit 179 and was consistently in the 130s-150s for a while (I may have started checking like every 10 minutes lol) I had my brother take my pulse to see if maybe my watch was just wrong, but nope, still in the 100s O.o
