Lost a stone in weight and now I can fit into a pair of 34 inch waist jeans, to celebrate this occasion I am eating a cherry and chocolate muffin with a generous heap of fresh cream.

Day two of mild food poisoning. I'm happy because today it isn't as severe as it was yesterday.

I spent much of the day doing work at my parent's house. I'm tired and I know I'm going to be hurting tomorrow, but it felt good to be able to do something for them.

I went to the movies, and it is hot and humid outside.

Did I mention I went to Dicks and got two pairs of new shorts? Also I went to the Home Depot garden center which I always enjoy.

So yeah, I've had a pretty good day.
