vitamin C and echinacea will be your friends in that case, take 'em NOW before major symptoms occur. also, "dilution is the solution to pollution" IOW hydrate and hydrate some more, flush those ill humors out of your system.

I can't take Vitamin C because I have excessive levels of Iron.

Echinacea might be an option.

I finally got that glass of water so I'm hydrating well.

beware of drinking too much tea, their oxalic acid and kidneys aren't best friends.

They're Anglo but quite fluent. Yes I've been there quite a few times, most recently in 2018.

Anglo-Quebecers are quite awesome people I shall say so.

I went to Quebec last year and the year before too. It is really beautiful. Montreal is an interesting city. So is Quebec City.

My sister lived in Montreal for years. She kept asking me to visit but I couldn't. She said interesting things are always happening there.

I've been through Montreal, but we didn't stop because we were on the way to Odenak for the pow wow. I'd really like to go again.

Isabella, I'm not just saying this, but I swear both my kids do the same thing (and with shoes too, hence I keep having to run back to places to get the missing one). The same foot (left).
