Thanks, i hope so too.

you're welcome :flower: here are three anecdotal bits of evidence [two from my own family], that dying folk can see a better place or at least a more interesting place- when steve jobs was dying, witnesses reported, seconds before he expired, him with an enraptured expression on his face, and he uttered, "oh wow! oh wow! oh wow!" before passing. when my own father was just about to kick the bucket, my sister and the hospice nurses in attendance saw a similar enraptured expression on his face as he stared at a spot in mid-air that none of the rest of us could see. the expression stayed on his face for at least a minute after he passed. at that time, all in the room saw a filmy wispy mist rise from the bed and hover beneath the ceiling for a few moments, before dispersing. the nurses were in agreement that it was dad's spirit saying "BYE!" when my dad's dad had a CA on the operating room table and was resuscitated, after he recovered, everybody was asking him, "well, what did you see??" and all he would say, is "well, i'm not afraid of dyin' anymore."

That is uplifting! Maybe it is too optimistic of me to think this but i believe there is a better world out there somewhere too. And death is not a tragedy for the person departing from this world. It is sad for their loved ones pf course but death itself is a natural thing and i don't believe in sad endings. I think everything will be alright in the end.

Your dad and your grandfather must have done lots of good deeds just like you.

It can take just one good deed completed with pure intent to take someone to heaven even if they messed up most of their life if the intent wasn't bad most of the time or if they cancelled out and compensated for the bad stuff in some way .
I believe that anyway.

I'm about to f**k up the whole game just like Missingno.

Neil Buchanan from Art Attack made my childhood 1 billion times better than it could have been without. Every horrible school day... No worries, Art Attack after school! The worst days were when they didn't air it .. They started making way for stupid shows.
That Neil Buchanan's stuff taught us so much and appreciate crafting rather than readymade stuff... We would make our own toys for fun .. He also had the best personality for kids especially but anyone. Someone to look up to for real that was Neil.

still hasn't sunk in that i've left my parents house after 22 years, and have many hours in between us too. but i'm sure it'll come to me soon...

i have never seen her cry before, until she had to say bye to me. we are nominally no longer dating but i know she still loves me. she just won't say it. i still can smell her hair when she rested her head on me and slept on the ride back from dinner, friday night...
when i come back i will seek her out first.

i saw a pressed juice-ry/café in vashon when driving to my new home.
very good sign. if i have any job skills, they're in the juicing field. within biking distance too but i'm not sure how well a bike will fare in all this rain. the island is hillier than i expected

not sure i'm going to get used to the ferries.

i have a lot ahead of me if i want to integrate...

just want to take a moment to appreciate the engineers at toyota/lexus. i just drove a 21 year old ls400 with 155000 miles (starting), 1200 miles cross-country, only stopping to refuel thrice (berkeley, crescent city, and salem) and it did not give me a SINGLE issue whatsoever, while delivering a comfortable ride throughout

such an amazing vehicle. the lexus LS series are truly some of the greatest cars ever made.

Children speaking Russian sound cute. Quite unlike adults. Funny.

That moment when you accidentally put your hand into the ceiling fan.
