Mick seems a little sad and distant and that's how I'm feeling. I get like this until January 10th. I also needed a little colour.

One thing you might enjoy doing, to keep the color and spirit of Christmas around is to keep up some decorations until spring. I have winter themed wreaths that I leave up until March. I also leave my light fixtures decorated with green garland and poinsettas and red ribbon. It's not much, or overpowering, but it gives a bit of color and also it's perfectly acceptable as winter decorations.

I know you like Christmas and miss it, so I thought I'd suggest that.
