I confess.... yesterday, I was standing in line to pay for the groceries I bought and I felt a little trapped. The dude in front of me took ages to pay with his bank card and the two girls behind me kept on babbling about boys this, boys that. One was really tall and not unattractive but.... 'could you please not breathe in my neck that close' (um, next time).

I confess.... it was one of those 'where to look' moments. (for two minutes or so, that is)

I confess after 5 days
of the vegetarian experiment,
it is so far so good.

I confess my mom
sarcasted her way out of the experiment.

I confess that I'm stimming a lot more than usual, because I'm getting anxious to see Alice in Wonderland. I'm even more excited about seeing this movie than I was about getting Christmas presents!

I confess that I'm having a really hard time with Weight Watchers. Why did I decide to join up, again. I'll stay for a year and see what happens. If I don't see any improvements in a year's time, I'll chalk it up as an experience and hire a cheap dietitian.

I confess that there's a staff worker at my clubhouse who takes the Healthy Lifestyles a little too far. He's insisting that everybody uses the small, black pedometers, instead of our own to do that Walk to Whistler programme. I'm going to use my own. I don't have the fine motor skills to open and close the black one that he wants me to use.

I confess that when it comes to Weight Watchers, I just can't seem to cut the mustard. I have to read all the manuals, I have to write everything down and I have to measure everything. As soon as the Olympics are over, I'm going to strap on my pedometer and walk between 20000 and 30000 steps a day, and than see what happens. That will be 2 hours at my job, an hour after my nap, an hour after lunch, and than an hour after supper, on the nights that I know I'll be staying home. I'll also be drinking 12 cups of water a day, as well.

I confess that my appetite's been at an all time low. I'm drinking two Carnation Instant Breakfast shakes, along with 22 points of food, in order to reach my 34 Points Target. I often wind up 6 points short, after all that, and that's when I buy the energy drink.

I confess that I'm proud of myself for not leaving WrongPlanet. This site is my only support network, apart from the clubhouse that I frequent, which is also a support network. My local mental health office won't take me back, so I feel fortunate to be posting here.
