We have a female cardinal who has made a nest in the bushes in front of our house, and who acts like she may be protecting eggs/chicks. The bushes are right up against a front window, so we can get a good look at the nest from the back. I'm looking forward to watching the chicks grow up.

^I've just checked it and the grocery store we mostly shop at seems to have it. I'll have to try it, must definitely be healthier than the various kinds of pastries and pancakes we made for the past weeks :D

A Mr Whippy Van was in our neighbourhood the other day, I haven't seen them for years, when I lived in Tasmania we used to see Mr Whippy a lot.
