medium s&b golden curry over a bowl of white rice. made it with ground pork cooked in coconut oil, mirin, tamari, and sesame seeds, then added yellow bell pepper, celery, fuji apple, and thin slices of ginger(used a peeler). added the diced apple and ginger in right before the curry blocks... seemed to work this time, as the apples weren’t too soft, and the ginger retained its flavor.
