I confess that it's been almost a year since my best friend (also the man I'm still head over heels for) was up to visit my family over March Break and I'm missing him and really wished he had been able to come up this year but unfortunately he couldn't.

I confess.....today is the day that I'm back to my 'quitting smoking plan'. I got these fake smoke thingys that sorta suck-ass, but they're better than withdrawing, I suppose.LOL

I confess....my next plan, is to start working out soon, and get nice and toned up for the Spring/Summer. I already got down to the weight I was shooting for, so now it's time to get ripped. :rambo: Okay, maybe not 'supermodel ripped', but in the ballpark.

I confess....it'll feel good to be in good shape again, I miss it.

I confess that I self medicate myself with regular coffee, before I go to sleep at night, and it helps me sleep the whole 8 hours.
