"The Intenet was invented for porn." may ring true in some cases...but you should know there is as much of it for girls then for guys.

Other then that, the internet is good for online shopping.

Just be very practical, grow a beard, make groans, act alpha, etc.

Move furniture? Open jars? Talk about changing the oil on the car?

Theres a joke that says that opening jars is meant to show some sort of super strength(It was adressed at TBBT for example when sheldon tried to show how alpha leonard was so his girlfriend stayed with him).

lol I see...although opening a jar is serious business and letting a woman do it will hurt man pride.

Yes, exactly. I was going for cliche because I assumed that's what Wallourdes was doing.

Although I meant it with a doublebottom, one side it is very very cliche, but on the other side it's true (atleast for me).
To show masculinity is to do testosterone related behaviour, be it natural or be it cultural.

Acting like the Incredible Hulk (or Sulk in our case) and wanting to SMASH everything when doing something we cannot achieve.

^On that note, why do so many men punch things when they get mad? It just ends up breaking the thing or your hand or both and surely you must all know that by now.

Done this too, too much anger and a need to discharge it - men have feelings too you know .

Better be it on inanimate objects then on the person(s) causing the anger/frustration/irritation/fear/annoyance/etc.

For example, sometimes I get very irritated by my roommates who leave a mess in the kitchen constantly even asking them to clean up results in them cleaning it but the same mess next time. Giving me the urge to punch them, but I channel my agression into passive-agression in speech towards them (it's necessary for the pecking order in a house full of men) or vent/rant it with my professional social supports.
Punching people gives more trouble in the long-run, not just the judicial course.

Not to depict myself as a savage, agressive brute but these things do play a role and I know I am not the only one experiencing this to more or less extent.

That's very interesting. Particularly the worry that it would eat into the female birth control pill market- I don't think that would necessarily be the case. A lot of women use the pill because it helps manage their menstrual period, especially if they have disorders. I'm not sure of all the specifics of that, I just recall my gf mentioning something along those lines. I'm sure one of the ladies could correct me if I'm wrong or further elaborate

What doI do to feel manly?

Well my initial instinct is to say that I do the same things I do to feel human, however that is kind of oblique and fails to answer the question.

When I was young and puberty swept down upon me I attempted to emulate the behaviour of men around me, much of it dysfunctional. I attempted to swagger around the place, to rise to every physical challenge, even to find pleasure in the thrill and power of physical violence, however somehow I saw through most of it with time. As I aged I became comfortable with the fact that keeping up my end in physical work, playing fair and standing loyal with my fellow males was more satisfying even though I had an incomplete grasp of things and often had this purity of intent abused.

I don't feel the need to do things to feel manly anymore, I have proven again and again in life that I am capable when it comes to the cliche' traits of manliness, displays of physical power etc.

So What do I do, and what memories return to remind me of my manhood - the same ones that satidfy my humanness.

The fact that I cook well, that I swim in the harbour almost every day regardless of the weather, that I meet as met with an assumption of good intent, that I walk everywhere I go and can still hump a 20kg load 20kilometres and think it reasonable to do again the next day, or the next, or the next and lastly of course I look in the mirror and I see a man.
