Military time is actually not difficult at all. A day, 24 hours, starting at 00:00:00 (midnight), going to/till 23:59:59 and one second later a new day starts. One just keeps counting on after midday, 12:00:00. So one o'clock in the afternoon is 13:00 or 4:15 pm = 16:15. Mentioning am and pm isn't necessary anymore and there is little room for errors this way.

(not sure if I made it understandable but hey....)

There are autistic Asians, I'm sure but maybe, a hunch on my part, some societies there are more.... I don't know maybe it is less visible or something. Look at Japan, and please don't flame me for saying this; that culture, in a way, as a whole has some aut. traits if you ask me. I recognize some but maybe that is saying more about me than....

Oh and it's now 21:06 over here, CET.

They are different and strange maybe to us because they're culture is do different, I have always been fascinated with Japan and would imagine them loving me and accepting me as their own if I ever went to Japan. That might seem weird but that's the way I feel.

No, not weird at all. I understand or could imagine your fascination. I tend to like China a bit more but that's also because of the old philosophers and other things.

What you say about they accepting you (or even loving you) could very well be the case but that's a little bit what I meant in my previous post here. Attwood said that Aspergers could sometimes function quite a bit better in a foreign country, partly due to the fact that social mistake-lets would be considered not so bad and easily forgiven 'cos tjah, he's not a native speaking fellow and maybe he's not totally aware of the dos and don'ts commonly upheld(?). Maybe I didn't express it all the way correctly but I think he has a point there.

ps. Why do you quote me? Not necessary, imo. No worries thou.
