I never thought that I've ever admit that I hated myself at one point in my life.

I’ve never actually liked myself, the best I’ve ever felt about myself is indifferent. When people say they don’t want their autism gone because it would change who they are, I want mine gone for the same reason - because I don’t like who I am.

If one asked if I ever hated myself...
A part of me does. A part of me never did.

A part of me wants another part of me dead, while another part of me being wishy washy wanting to get 'both sides' cleared and out in the open.

And no, this isn't a personality or identity disorder.
Think -- everyone has a higher and a lower self.

In eastern context, only my lower self hates at least some facets of me, another wouldn't care and/or is in denial. Very entangled in fancy ideas.
The higher self has no concept of hate, fear or judgment of self (or other).

In western context, both my higher self and my lower self hate each other.
The one in between that is conflicted between expressing both and repressing either.

I guess Germany would be my good side and Cockney London would be my dark side. My rebellious side.

I haven't watched any political videos since election night. I've lost interest.

I’ve basically just been trying to ignore Trump until he finally goes away (or at least loses media attention) ever since results of the election became essentially certain, but my mom makes it extremely difficult by reading out loud pretty much every report she sees on social media about his antics (and also everything on COVID-related politics that don’t directly affect us and which politicians have contracted COVID, and I’m really tired of hearing about all these things and may well end up blurting out something along the lines of “I don’t care” at one of these announcements, which will probably trigger a lecture on why it is important and I should care  Basically I just sit there and nod and tune out until she’s done.)

It's Biden that I'm trying to ignore.

The reason The Kinks are my favourite band is because they recorded songs about many social issues that are relevant to me.

There are places in the world where a day spanned over 20 hours...

I wanna go there. Even if it's deadly cold for me.

From the spinal cord, the olfactory system contains only one nerve.
