It's not a saying, but I start every spoken sentence with "So..."
That's really lame, IMO.
Also, I don't have any sayings, really.

We are students of words; we are shut up in schools, and colleges, and recitation rooms, for ten or fifteen years, and come out at last with a bag of wind, a memory of words, and do not know a thing.
- Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803 - 1882)

One cause, which is not always observed, of the insufficiency of riches, is that they very seldom make their owner rich.
Johnson

Darkness cannot drive out darkness;
only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate;
only love can do that.

Few ever live to old age, and fewer still ever became distinguished, who were not in the habit of early rising.

I could be bounded in a nutshell and count myself a king of infinite space, were it not that I have bad dreams. -Hamlet

Life is but a walking shadow, a poor player that struts an frets an hour on the stage, and then is heard no more; it is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing. -Macbeth

Ni Dieu, ni maitre.

...they shall sentence me to death, or exile... terrible evils in the eyes of Anytus and his friends, but for me the worst evil is that which Melytus is committing right now, which is to work to put an innocent man to death. -Socrates

I said to myself, 'I am wiser than this man.' It could very well be that neither one of us knew anything about what is good and fair, but there was this difference: he, being ignorant, believed he knew, while I, being ignorant, believed I knew not. It seemed to me then, that in this respect, though little more, I was wiser. -Socrates

Truth is the most valuable thing we have. Therefore, let us use it sparingly. -Mark Twain

Money answers all things. -Ecclesiastes

PS I'm quoting from memory so I can't vouch for the accuracy of these quotes.

Between eigtheen and twenty, life is like an exchange where one buys stocks, not with money, but with actions. Most men buy nothing.

"Space... the final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Enterprise. Its five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilisations - to boldly go where no man has gone before." - James T Kirk.

"We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he today that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition;
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accurs'd they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day." - King Henry V.

How little do they see what really is, who frame their hasty judgments upon that which seems.
