Shrimp Carbonara...Almost like what they serve at Olive Garden, biggest difference was no chicken. The recipe said it made 8 servings, but by the time I was about done, I thought I was going to need a witch's cauldron to mix it together.

Brown rice cooked in tasty chicken broth from yesterday's chicken carcass, with coriander, cumin, and a bit of madras mix, plus a dab of duck fat, and herb salt, served with fresh chopped tomato, lashings of fresh parsley, a scattering of sunflower seeds, and a dollop of yoghurt. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!! ! :D :lol

I just ate a couple chocolate chunky chip cookies. Wer planning on going to the movies tonight so I'm hoping we can stop & pick up McDonalds or something on the way back. If not I'll find something to eat here.

I just got back from the movies & I picked up Mc D`s on way home. Nuggets, fries & quarter pounder with cheese; I'm full & I probably won't eat anything else tonight. I haven't eaten anything else today except for the cookie witch wasn't much

Pendleton Whiskey. A little pricey for me, but such a nice addition to a lazy evening. In a bit, I'm going to raid the pantry for a crunchy snack of some sort.

Earlier I had an incredibly delicious dinner of chicken gnocchi with a glass of Chianti at a little place downtown. It's been a good food day. :D
