Its a psychological crutch imo. Most of these ingredients get reduced/broken down by all that caffeine anyway.

I confess, I managed to overcome some of my difficulties regarding my appearance as, I wore shorts today though, that is not everyday though :oops:

I confess that I was the quietest adult at my niece's birthday party, yesterday. Two women commented that I have an air of unworldliness to me.
