Sure, everyone aspires to have a job and climb some socioeconomic ladder. Or even own a business.
I want neither.
Why do people assume that receiving a job or even giving a business to someone would meant this person should be grateful?
I see the point, but people do not understand.
If I'm employed, it won't be for money or some socio-economic status but for my own growth and development.
More of a troubleshooter than whatever survival necessity.
And owning a business?? That's a responsibility. And I don't want that kind of responsibility.
Unless owning a business by itself is what aides me growth, then it's just responsibility.
It's like the same assumption with marriage and having a family, really.
To them it's some sort of happy ending goal.
To me, it's just being binded to more responsibilities. A kind of responsibility I don't want.
Unless it is what prompted me to be a stronger and a better person... Then it's just some strange expectation of someone's standards, really.
Live how you want to and f**k them
