Yeah, rope with a weight works in bringing down branches. Pole saws come in handy for stuff that isn't dead but looks iffy and isn't too high (looking like it'll fall on something important once the tree grows too much). I sometimes used the certified white trash method of a 28" full choke 12 gauge shotgun with birdshot to take those too high, dangerous and ready-to-fall-off-at-any-moment branches down (likely the safest way to do it). :P That was a relatively long time ago though and now things fall as they do with the wind (not that it's dangerous to anyone), and there's nothing that can hit the house anyway. The joys of living in the middle of nowhere.

Crocs are alright, as you do have some toe and foot protection against little snakes (just not the ankle); baby snakes probably can't get through them. I kinda learnt my lesson after one too many bites so I wear the boots and gaiters in any shady looking areas (kinda don't want to die when someone needs me).

Beds that have adjustable bases are awesome.

Going to do a little gold panning tomorrow because why not (rather than walking off in whatever random direction and going until I think I've gone far enough). Buried in the sediment of the riverbed, there'll be something there, somewhere, even if I find it or not. I'm sure I'll find lots of nice quartz and various other stones for my collection, which look nicer than gold, but rarity and all that. Lots of pools about boot high, with the sediment deeper than that, so the water and sediment are right there.

Something fun to do anyway.

I fell in love with a demon-woman. I suppose I should be grateful in a sense - she was doing me a favour (even if only for her own gain). :(

What did the demon-woman do?

Demon woman (what makes her demonic?)
Favour (what favour did she do)
For own gain. (what did the demon-woman gain?)
Grateful (what are you grateful for, said encounter with demon-woman?)

Previously she was an atheist? Her general clothes attire were devil-related symbolism.

She gave me some confidence in myself, made me feel worthy as a partner, for a while.

I think she gained some pleasure in engaging in coitus, with a small framed, skinny biological male (which she mentioned was her favourite type of biological male, at the time). That could have changed now, I have no idea.

Umm, I gained some social credit as leverage to date other, biological women.

P.S, I am clearly the overall loser in this social situation, not because of how I have handled this situation (exceptionally well) - but because of other people's lack of regard for my efforts. I have 4 followers on Facebook & I have put out so much disability content for at least a few years now, I kinda feel short-changed from this whole affair.

Plus, she didn't feel the same way about me as I did for her, and she didn't care that I could have easily caused a lot of trouble for her if I were being a sore loser (which I am not).

I suppose I feel that biological females won't accept me into their space and thus, do not regard me as a woman, even though I am currently diagnosed with gender dysphoria (on the NHS).

I got off the bus about twenty minutes ago, and at that very same stop that I and few others jumped off, the bus got stuck in the snow!

I know it's mean to laugh, but I couldn't help but smile since for once luck was on my side since the bus got stuck after I no longer needed it.

^I don't know if I'd laugh-----but I would definitely feel fortunate that it didn't happen to me, and I wouldn't feel guilty about being fortunate.

I am doing the second year of an MSc & someone on the forum I thought knew me somewhat, private messaged me asking how is school?

Oh, school is fine thanks. I am just climbing aboard the yellow bus at the bus stop in the United States.

Clearly you have accurately identified me. Thank you so much.
