Fortunately, that was in the past. I don't have that pain now. But thank you for your caring.

Severe physical pain is no joke.

I would never want to use it to offset emotional pain.

In my example you don't choose the physical pain.
At least it's better that one of the pains lessens the other. Having both; severe toothache and lets say a panic attach at the same time has to be worse!

Sometimes, more severe physical pain actually supersedes less severe physical pain.

Same with emotional pain.

You're quite right: having severe emotional and physical pain together is more than the sum of both.

There's a difference between forgiving your own faults and flaws from justifying it.

Tis too bad no one can see the difference most at the time. :|
Sure, you're a human with flaws.
Forgive yourself yes, but it's not the same about getting away with it.

Meh.
I can pretend it doesn't bother me and grind my teeth in private
or I can stand up for myself.
I need to start standing up for myself.

Hmmm, im on the fence about physical pain over shadowing anxiety. For instance if im in an overwhelming situation i will sometimes squeeze my car keys in the palms of my hand or squeeze on my necklace which does help, however when it comes to tooth ache i thus far have dealt with it but i sure as hell dont like it. I have got a few back teeth cavities and the pain is excruciating especially when they get infected and travel up the jaw to the ears, so dealing with both tooth ache, ear ache and what feels like a punch in the side of the jaw/head. Then add lower back pain to the equation and neck and upper back and shoulder pain from a rugby injury. Basically my body cant make up its mind which part wants to hurt! lol. So no, as far as back, tooth, gallbladder, nerve damage, i think i would rather deal with anxiety ( as i always have anyway) than deal with the other things that get in the way of even washing the dishes as my lower back spasms up with even slightly bending over to wash up.... However i think i deal with pain better than most as in someways it has always been an issue in my life one way or another, but frankly would rather deal with the anxiety on its own and 'CHOOSE' when i need to divert over anxious situations by squeezing my car keys... :)

( and just as i have finished writing this another chunk of my tooth just broke off :( )

At least I know how to get rid of this distracting feeling. I wish I know how to explain this...
And I'll give myself a few days before my mind gets used to it. If I haven't after a month, I will have to tell my mom to get rid of it.

I have no opinions towards the thing itself. It's just it's presence on the terrace bars distracts me, not the sight of it, not the sight of HOW it's there or why or as is. Even I can handle ever constant chaos, but this is something odd. This is a really minor change on the terrace view.

When it was pinned in the bedroom on the wall, it never bothered me. When it was just lying there somewhere, tis fine. When it's just lying BY the terrace bars instead of hanging on it, a less than 25 inches gap position: nothing. When it was used as a covering like wall or curtain, there's no jarring feeling.

So I conclude, that my brain sensed something 'wrong'. What it perceived was 'a thin opaque wall floating mid air' 8O instead of 'ordinary thing hanging on metal bars' like how my eyes sees it. Hahah... Is this some odd 6th sense of perceiving objects' presence without sight?
But this case no different from a mere case of lack of sensory filter, when ignoring or focusing cannot work around with overstimulation.

However I perceived it, at least there's a something. A something I don't know I might have  and a something that I could possibly control with.

I have a job interview tomorrow. I really want this job and I think it would be an ideal position for me, but I'm pretty bad at interviews. Crossing my fingers that I get it.

Hey don't worry too much you'll be okay, as I've never done well in interviews, in fact I'd wish there was an alternative to job interviews for autistic people.

I'm having another day where I relax. I really don't feel like changing out of my pajamas.

Today I got a fortune cookie that said "You will always live in interesting times".

Because I know that there is an old Chinese curse that goes "May you live in interesting times", and what they must mean by interesting, I'm not sure if that's a good fortune or not. 8O

Well, I don't take fortune cookies seriously, anyway. They're not even really Chinese.
