I don't carry too much on me when out in society.

Wallet (cards/medical cards). Chain with a pill bottle (of course it has to be blue), pendants and medical tags. Victorinox Tinker (both common screwdriver heads), with a lanyard so easier to pull out of a pocket, and it's blue cordage. A larger non-locking folding dedicated knife, which is a large Higonokami right now, and I wear it in my waistband with a homemade clip for retention.

4 things. 2 are knives. :|
