Friendship can endure, even in the face of many things.

I had a friend, my last male friend, that was made ~20 years ago, and we continued to talk on and off over the years till that shadow caught up with him, because once attached it's always tethered. It endured.

I doubt I could be a friend with my father again though, even if I'm a social and emotional pushover that can be walked all over in these things. I'd be courteous, as that's how I am, but that'll be about it (not that he'd try to contact me again).

Context matters, I guess. I base it on if something is irredeemable or not, if not, I'll always be around if it's wanted.

Something that bursts into flames.
For no reason. Not even science. Or context.

My life has kinda burst into flames several times. :|

It's somewhat interesting that after taking off 1-2mm of edge from the Trail Master due to extensive damage, the thickness behind the edge bevel is quite a bit more, which changes its behavior. It's poor at slicing grass with a similar edge angle and finish compared to before (it's sharper now too, and hairs just fly off), albeit you can just grab a bunch in your hand and cut it, which is the better way to go about it with larger knives compared to machetes. No difference on thicker stuff, which is its main purpose after all, so no bother and I won't flatten the primary grind on either side to make it like before. It's more of a V-edge now than convex because I couldn't be bothered, but that won't affect much.

I have had bursts of feeling useful in my work recently. I had thought that was gone. But the work that makes me feel really useful also takes its toll. Exhaustion. I won this time. Benefit to the client who won’t have his budget cut - yet. Also trying to help mother whose son was baker-acted. Not even a client. And why is this classroom without a teacher? Even at the highest ratio, there should be two teachers here. Bring it up and get snapped at. But they don’t know how dangerous I can be in this situation. Don’t put my clients at risk, lady.

One of these days, people won't look upon autistic people overall as some sort of blight upon society.

Eating 200 grams of chicken skin is not good for a wolf either.
I feel my digestive system is full of oil.

^ Really? I had no idea. What does one do to celebrate autism day. I have a few more hours before it arrives to plan....

I've been wishing that, since I am finally just starting to figure things out and see how things work, couldn't I live a bit longer to enjoy the fruits of a lifetime of trial and error learning?
