That strangely reminds me of a Chinese comedy skit a few years ago at the Chinese New Year Gala on TV. The words roughly translate to:
"Big hammer 80, small hammer 40!"

Put in context, they might have said this:
"One hit with the big hammer costs $80, and one hit with the small hammer costs $40 [when renovating a house]!"
