I put on a tshirt from the clean laundry pile but I have a feeling it's from the not-so-clean pile.
They must have gotten mixed up.
I don't get how that could happen when I'm so perfectly organised and logical.

I do this sometimes and I can immediately tell because the shirt feels different. I hate it, it's gross. lmao

I have a pile of clothes that I throw clean clothes on top of, and then eventually end up mixing into it so I have to memorize what is clean, semi-clean and isn't clean. lol

Floordrobe :hail:

I have a chairdrobe but not such a good ring to it.

I usually smash way too much stuff into the washer and then forget to go get it for a day or two until it smells rather like this shirt and then I have to wash them all over again two or three more times because that keeps happening.

Bear will sometimes pull out the wet stuff and wash / dry her own clothes and put mine back in the washer (not turned on lol).

I don't get how anyone can survive without a washer even though I may as well wash things by hand because it would be a lot faster.

I don't get how this doesn't happen to everyone, because yeah me too.

I still haven't figured out how to have a "this basket is clean" vs "this basket isn't" in the laundry room.

It all looks the same to me and I'm not in the habit of smelling things unnecessarily.

I don't get how people can leave smelly piles of clothing lying around.

Mine aren't usually smelly on the chair. They'll be things I wore briefly. The smelly stuff gets washed straight away or pretty soon but then I forget to dry it.

It's four floors down to the laundry in my house (stairs open on one side) and not easy to navigate with both hands full post-stroke. But I manage.

Rant. Must do laundry.

I don't get how other people have bungalows or ranch-style homes and don't have to navigate stairs.

I did survive in my late teen years , not sure what I did tbh.

Hoping to get a new machine soon, when the refund for the other one comes in.

I don't get why people get their baby daughter's ears pierced. It's cruel. Just because she's a girl she's got to look beautiful. Doesn't she look beautiful anyway? I don't think it should even be legal to get a baby's ears pierced because they are too young to consent to it and it just causes pain that the baby doesn't understand. Vaccines are bad enough but at least they are mandatory and can save the baby's life. Getting her ears pierced is very unnecessary.
I'm all for gender but not to that extent. Put your baby girl in a pink dress or anything that won't cause the baby pain. But ear piercing is just selfish and cruel.

Totally agree. I'm told it's 'the custom' of certain cultures. But I still don't understand why, surely the baby's feelings should be prioritised.

You can put a little bow on their heads and make it stick with a dab of Karo syrup.
I don’t think babies ears should be pierced, wait till they are old enough to know how to take care of a new piercing.

Your washing machine may need a clean - mine was making everything that came out of it smell funky
