I confess that this is the first time in a while that I'm been up before dawn for good reasons, and not because worry was stopping me from sleeping. This is probably a good thing, as I was on my way to developing a phobia of the sunrise.

I confess that my appetite has tapered off, over the past 3 weeks. Maybe this is a good thing. I want to look the way that I did at the age of 22, at 160 lbs, which is even more Mickish, than I do, now. :)

I confess that I've put myself on a low budget. No more after work breakfasts at McDonald's. I also plan to have water to drink, everywhere that I go. There is no way that I'm spending $36 on a lunch card at my clubhouse, if I don't like most of the meals, there.
