I should stop reading. Or listening.

I better reserve 2 hours or so anything not to do with words or language comprehension in every other day or so...

I would like that.
Not having to think around words -- speaking, writing, reading, listening...
But I've been doing so almost non stop for most of my waking life.

I love watching YouTube channels about unsolved crimes, especially about missing people who disappeared mysteriously. It's like reading some horror stories. However, at the same time, I feel horrible for enjoying other people's misfortune.

Just been round and closed all my curtains. I keep hearing them telling us to do this on the news. All my curtains are thermal blackout ones though so I don't know whether I should actually bother.

We've left all our curtains and blackout blinds closed all day so far and it has made a big difference. I was actually a bit on the cold side a little while ago and had to turn the fan off.

Yeah it seems to be working in the bedrooms but the living room is still really warm. I've left the back ones open because that's East facing and the sun has come round to the front now. Maybe I should close the back ones over night to stop the morning sun getting in.
