My second day without coffee. I feel like myself today.

What I haven't tried; no sugars for months.
No potatoes in any form for months. No screen times over 3 hours or less a day.

Me without coffee for good was a bit easier. The worst I got was slight headaches.
Me without bread for good is a bit tricky. Only less "allergic reaction" and gut issues.

It seems the only way for me to learn is able to tell contrasts...
A contrast of sensations I hold onto so the stress of withholding and quitting whatever consumption for good is worth it in the end.

I quit coffee because I found the contrast between how my body reacts with it and without it.
The same noticable changes with how often I've been sneezing.

I haven't done that with sugar yet.
Too distracted, too stressed. Too unstable to cope without it yet. The closest I noticed was "contracting mental 'scope'".
Like a very mild, gradual and 'body and head perceived it as normal' version of how I'm if inebriated.

It's going to get up to 30 degrees today. This is unheard of for the end of August in my part of the world.

A staccato with a marked prosody. In other words, a nice way of saying that I speak with a German accent. Psychologists sure like to sugarcoat things.

Remember. Don't make goals you can't reach.

Seeing the x-rays that the chiropractor took of my head and spine was weird.

I took a day off work sick. My sinus hurts, which also gives me a headache, and my eyes are teary.

I've proved my groovyness to myself by going to that hippie event about overdose awareness. I don't feel so down in the mouth about how my summer unfolded, anymore. I saw an opportunity, so I seized it.
