Colcannon. An Irish dish. Simple as anything. Mashed potatoes (made with milk or cream) with whatever steamed or cooked greens you like - cabbage, spinach, kale, whatever, usually just one kind at a time. And butter. And garlic and pepper. Warm and delicious :-)
