They even market something that's basically just one of those "wiggle seats" like we had in special ed., but that sucks more and isn't as wobbly, like they invented it.

Does he do manual chiro, or with the little stun gun thing?

Have you tried osteopathy?

He like cracks my neck and spine, or whatever the hell chiros do. I think my neck and spine hurt more after he's been doing it though. He also lied when I asked if something on an x-ray of my neck was normal. He said no, but after looking at neck x-rays it is normal.

I want to go to my PCP and get a referral for physical therapy. I only started going to the chiro because my aunt wanted me to try it and now I don't really know how to bring up the fact I don't want to go anymore w/o feeling rude.

I know someone who went to chiro school, and they said it's a known fact that many chiros put you in a state of dependence where you keep going back for more business because they never fix you. I don't mind chiro with the stun gun tool but I won't let anyone crack my back. My daughter does it though (although she keeps going back, like I said .... )

:(

imo I love Osteopathy and think it's better than Chiro.

PT -- I've never had much luck. You can get almost everything they do on YouTube.

Sorry you've had such a rough recovery from your accident.

It's a very bad back month for a lot of people. :(
I assume yoga isn't helping?

I feel like I'm flying over the skies of England right now. Coffee does wonders for me.

Yeah, my aunt keeps going but her problems are never actually fixed. I also don't know what Osteopathy is, so I'll look it up and ask my PCP about it.

I honestly think my back wouldn't be hurting as much if I didn't let myself get pressured into trying the chiro. He cracked my spine where I've always had issues and after that there's a completely new, stabbing pain there, and new pain in my neck. I'm 100% sure he's going to f**k something up so I'm going to stop going.

They have stuff about Oktoberfest right now, and I thought that was weird because it's still the middle of September.
There doesn't seem to be much German culture where I live. Maybe because the early settlers who came here were mostly Scottish or Irish. But you'd think most people of any western heritage would totally accept a festival where people get stinking drunk on beer.

It was a bad trip. I think I should just forgive my friend and get off the coffee. I was flying over London.

Coffee is causing me to go on mind trips, now. It's not worth it for me to be hurting myself with the coffee in order to make myself more tolerable to certain people, anymore.

Sometimes I get a small drink in a plastic cup, and then I reuse the cup over and over again.
