It's not focus itself and control of focus that's my problem. It's not even the rewards system.

It's the lack of filter, disorganization, lack of concrete goals and no prioritizing.

And as soon as I solve that, my main problem now is about motivation and novelty.
The former is counteracted by discipline. The latter would require creativity, reflection and is a bit tricky...

I realize that I spend less on groceries recently because the inflation has made me very aware of how much money I spend every week. The prices of many things are noticeably going up, but I'm actually saving money as a result. Also, I'm only buying healthy food, cutting down on unhealthy stuff.

I should spend less on groceries and I will. Back to the burgers and sandwiches and I don't mean greasy hamburgers, either.

I should have kept that Pacific tree frog that we found. He liked being on me and he was so cute. They can apparently be kept as pets and I could have easily got the stuff to take care of him.

I saw a recent picture of me and noticed that my chest looks pretty flat. I'm very happy about this.
