I finally took a shower after days of not showering. My back doesn't hurt as much as it usually does today, so I was able to manage to take one after work.

My stutter is so annoying, I sound like an idiot. I'm wondering if it's somehow related to the hand/arm tremors I started having after taking Wellbutrin. I sound and look really nervous even when I'm not having anxiety, which then gives me anxiety...
