Steak with artichokes, parm cheese and red onions, raw broccoli and califlower, a glass of low sodium V8, a glass of orange juice, cole slaw with ginger dressing and a bran cracker with cashew butter on it.


That's everything i've eaten/drank today aside from water.

Two organic beefburgers with small wedges of goats cheese going creamy with age, on a bed of sliced tomato, cucumber, plus a couple of big sweet dill pickles/gherkins. :)
