mmmmmmmmmDivinitymmmmmmmmm

I'm chowing down on a one-pot chicken stew type thing with chicken, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, bay leaf, rice. Wanted something hearty, had a pepper that needed to be used.

Late brunch: hot Italian sausage, a fried egg over hard, fried bread, baked beans. Coffee coffee coffee coffee...

No tomato, that's being saved for the next meal.

Just finished Christmas dinner... turkey and all the trimmings.
What?
A week late?
We got back from Lanzarote a couple days before Christmas... spent two weeks overeating and overdrinking, so Christmas day was a little quiet here. Just made up for it now.
