Breakfast! Lovely lovely breakfast! Link sausages and a cheddar cheese omelette with diced onions, and grits (that's white cornmeal porridge for anyone outside the US who hasn't encountered it - soooo good with butter and a dash of garlic and pepper)

and whole wheat toast and coffee. (smiles blissfully, finishes coffee)
