Sardines and grated cheese mixed up and toasted on ciabata bread. (there was a little garlic involved)

Manna sardine pâté from Portugal. If you haven't had the pleasure of this seminal spread I heartily recommend. Very reasonably priced in their hipermercados. Have it on buttered toast. It should be distinctly satisfying. :-)

I make my own sardine pate - using different ingredients, sometimes, to change it up a bit.
I find spring onions and cream cheese are particularly nice.
Garlic goes in just about everything savoury I make.
Fresh chives from the garden are also a nice addition.
Sometimes I add mayo to make it go further.
It is so quick to make and far more economical.

Fair enough. It is something like 47p a tin.

My mother does chicken liver pâté with garlic. Very nice indeed.

Two home made pineapple taco cheeseburgers.

(This after eating 2 of them 30 minutes earlier, couldn't resist having two more)

If you want a picture of it now, I'm gonna need an endoscope or you could wait until tomorrow when i make more.

It's basically a regular 90 gram burger with specific cheese and a layer of pineapple taco sauce, should be available in any local food court.

I'm OK thanks. Not sure I could eat the same thing two days in a row but if you like it, do it. :-)
