I confess.. I've made a picture of the new Santoku knife I bought yesterday.. but it looks too intimidating now to post it on WP.. so..

Oh, Santoku is a very sharp kitchen knife, Japanese style. Used for chopping up vegetables, meat, what have you.. it's poly-functional..

I confess that I feel more like a member of the original Kinks lineup, than I feel like a member of my original family of 4. Child abuse of any kind will do that to a rebel. Mine happened to be mental, emotional and spiritual.
