Bottom round roasts were on sale. So I got one and cut it up into mini-roasts (thick steaks, halved) and froze them all.

So today's lunch was one of these, nuked on medium til it was medium rare, with onions and mixed veg cooked in the dripping. A one-pot mini-pot roast meal.

Yummity yummity, and out I go to shovel snow...
