Duck breast with the fat all crispy, and my homemade chestnut and apple puree, plus some sliced cucumber. Couldn't get the usual fresh parsley to go with it because greengrocers/produce shop near us was shut this morning.

A salad box from the college canteen and I put in lettuce, tomato pasta, cucumber, coleslaw, olives and a hard boiled egg. I had a strawberry yoghurt after.

afternoon snack: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with butter, strawberries, coconut icecream (I shouldn´t eat this but there was less calories in it than the yogurt I eat in the morning and today I didn´t have breakfast), 2 whole wheat cookies.
