1997 was a good year for everything.

I think that as a species we're still very primitive

^Agree. But I also think we're trying and it's kind of moving and heartbreaking how hard many of us are trying.

I am going to campus for a shift today. I will go to the library too.

I wonder what humans will be like in 10000 years.

I have a day off today.

I was sat on the train next to a guy who had his pitbull type dog with him yesterday

It probably would have eaten me alive (the dog that is) if it wasn't muzzled because it was well jealous of me sitting next to his master, so much so that it was trying to nudge me off the seat with his nose

It was actually hilarious

Other passengers were laughing

Anyway the guy turned out to be homeless and was on his way into Manchester to pick up his Big Issues to sell and he told me that his dog will be in the Christmas issue of said magazine

His dog also wasn't a banned dog because it had been put through all the relevant checks and it was too small apparently. it was actually effing huge and it was only 11 months old

Anyway the train stopped at piccadilly and that was where we parted

I do enjoy these brief encounters I have with strangers sometimes

It's like the rich tapestry of my life

My last day of work before my weekend. Yay!

I love sitting around in tie-dyed t-shirts and knitting characters all day.

anything could be anyone's "best."

i have a theory that everyone is always doing their best. however, sometimes their "best" is so bad that other precious lil "people" cannot believe that it's their "best".

My weekend starts today.

I've just realized that I've stopped bloating randomly or when I eat certain stuff.

Or if I do bloat, it's no longer as disruptive and discomfortable.

I actually think my aunt told me off from beyond the grave today

I was looking at her grave and all the stuff on it that her kids and grandchildren have put there and I just commented to my daughter that it could do with a bit of a tidy and then all of a sudden there was this really strong gust if wind that almost took me off my feet and all the windmill ornament things on her grave started spinning really ferociously

I'm not even exaggerating

I didn't learn my lesson though because I said something else and the exact same thing happened again
