You know it's gonna be a bad day, weather-wise, when, at 6am, it's already 77 degrees F, and humid.

So they have noticed that I favour walking over lunching now.

Very subtle there Mr Boss men, but I clued in on what you were saying with that tasty piece of chinese food and proclaiming it as my lunch (implying that you knew I didn't already eat any). They will keep dropping suggestions to make me eat now :?. Methinks a certain someone needs a stern talking to about their previous diet shaming before I eat a single thing for them though.

I was robbed. They took nearly everything in those house. They took all my big TV sets, they took all my modern consoles. They took 200 games and 100 blurays. They took one of my laptops and my desktop with all my writings and holiday photoes and files and stuff. They took about $20,000 worth of stuff.

What's the point of locking the door if someone is going to pry it open with a crowbar? Of those 200 games that got stolen, I'd played less than 20%. Maybe I shouldn't collect stuff. Maybe I should never buy anything unless I plan to use it immediately. If I buy something to use later, it might not be there by the time I need it.

I was pulled over by a cop yesterday for no reason whatsoever, it's just how these cretins introduce themselves when they come up here to the mountains on their two year paid vacations. I was so rattled that I couldn't sleep hardly at all last night. 8O

My husband is invited to a dinner at his work that he doesn't want to go to, and quite frankly, I don't want him going, either. The problem is, I don't know if his boss will buy his excuse for not going. :(

The U.S. National Zoo Panda Cam is swamped by too much traffic and I cannot watch the panda because Mei Xiang is due to deliver a panda cub any day.

I'm unhappy that no one has had the foresight to invent an implant - like a patch for the brain - that will connect all those floundering little neurotransmitters floating around impotently in my head. Very inconsiderate, that.

I'm sick of all the fear-mongering about climate change every time I check the weather forecast online. Not because I'm in denial or delusional that there's nothing to worry about, but because there obviously is nothing we can do about it. Recycling my trash, using cold water instead of hot, taking showers instead of baths. What has it accomplished? Nothing.

So there's no point in just reminding me that I have absolutely nothing to look forward to by reminding me that every little thing is because of climate change or global warming. Hotter than usual? Climate change. Colder than usual? Climate change? Computer too slow? Climate change. Dropped my toothbrush in the toilet? Freaking climate change!! :wall:

I did something very stupid. I tried to cut my own hair using a hair trimmer because I just don't get the chance to go to my usual hairdresser. Now my hair looks like a joke. I can't go out without hiding my hair.
