The worst part about it is the lower val had nothing at all to do with the state of the house itself, but more it's location on a busy road and the neighbouring properties (a pub, which they seem to not know is in liquidation). In summary, noise pollution is lowering my house value :x.

Love you too Mum.

Your mum is only ONE person, in the universe----the rest of us, think you're GREAT!!

Thanks, CC. I'm very glad there's only ONE of my mother in the universe. I really couldn't cope with more.

I can't believe how stupid I was yesterday. I lost ~$60 yesterday alone in addition to the ~$500 that I had already lost because of my stupidity/laziness/pessimism in the last few months. I can't get over it. The worst part of it is that I can't stop thinking about it and feeling angry with myself.

I understand. I have that problem. It seems to be related to executive dysfunction combined with using avoidance to cope with just about everything. I can't seem to get a grip on it.

Thank you for responding. Yes, "executive dysfunction" and "avoidance" must be involved in it. This stupid loss of money (and of thousands of dollars more) could've very easily been prevented if I didn't have this bad habit of avoiding just about everything I need to do.

I'm sorry to hear that. No hope of getting better?

Realising after 66 hours that my 20 year old cat has probably died suddenly outdoors. He usually comes back after a short while but hasn't this time after I last heard him exit the catflap at 5am on Thursday. I've looked and called out but to no avail. I've logged him missing and he is microchipped. I live semi-remote so a thorough search is impossible alone and he was on 2 meds. which he obviously hasn't had.

This is kind of embarrassing, but I'm worried I might be getting a UTI because I feel like I need to pee a lot even though my bladder isn't full. I don't have any burning or pain or anything, though. We've had so much warm, wet weather lately I'm not really surprised by it. :(

Car buying is a bit difficult when dealers don't even want to give you the time of day.

Refinancing was the easy part, this is the challenge. Being female and wanting what I want doesn't help. I mean, what sort of female shops for this sort of car?!
