Now thats a keeper if ever saw one :) love it
That might just be the writing on my stone some time
in the future.

If you get beaten down badly 50 times in a row but get up again,
then its not so bad at all if someone kicks you in the leg. A change for
the better.

I'm sorry to hear that :( If you're not feeling well mentally or emotionally, you can always talk to me about it, that's what friends are for :)

Thanks you two. :)

It might, I don't know. I tend to stay this way for a day or more. I think I suffer from mild to moderate depression.

Have the same "thing". Know its comming some times, so when I feel it, I try
to block everything out and just relax, do something I think is fun/not anything
hard. If I do that, it might take some more time, for me. Used to be worse and
longer, but seems to fade away more over the years. A little easier. One thing
that helped me the most, was to understand why, the reason behind the "effect"
i was experiencing. (just thinking loud here)

I'm reading a book called "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David D. Burns, M.D. It has really helpful advice in it. I'm practicing some of the techniques in the book. I think it will help in the long run, it was referred to me by a close and trusted friend. :)
